Naja A. Mack, MS, Research Scientist

Naja is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Florida, majoring in Human-Centered Computing under the supervision of Dr. Juan E. Gilbert. Her research interests lie in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Intelligent Conversational User Interfaces, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, and Advanced Learning Technologies. She is also interested in Broadening Participation in Computing.

Aris Hall, PhD, Postdocotoral Researcher

Dr. Hall  holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education. The foundation of her higher education career started as a NASPA Undergraduate Fellow and as a practitioner in Student Affairs and Higher Education, she gained experience at an array of institutions both nationally and globally.

Robert Cummings, Research Scientist

Robert has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Morehouse College. Robert has served as a team member of Engagement at Universal Studios Hollywood. There he assisted with the crafting, effectiveness, and implementation of over 60 survey questions on employee satisfaction for over 7500 park team members. He also worked as an HBCU Rising Mentor at the National Cares Mentoring Movement Inc.

Jennifer Baker, MBA, MA, Program Manager

Jennifer joins the CRCL team with a  Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Arts Management from Oklahoma City University, and a Master of Arts with a major in Technical Communication from Texas State University.  Jennifer holds certifications in marketing, nonprofit management, and project management.

Chassidy Cook, MPA, Communications Specialist

Chassidy attended Auburn University where she received a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Alabama.
