Future Faculty & Research Scientist Mentoring Program<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The program, from the original alliance, will consist of joint meetings that will occur every three months with themes that focus on the application process, interview preparation, networking for job opportunities, the academic job calendar, offer negotiation, CV optimization, evaluation of multiple job offers, and knowing what jobs to apply to. Also included in the program are a CV review and one-on-one progress update meetings (as needed). The goal of this program is to strengthen faculty and research scientist candidates and place them in suitable positions or support them in being promoted to associate and full professors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
