Yanika Daniels is a certified leadership and career coach, trainer and speaker. Her company Daniels Coaching and Consulting offers workshops, seminars, and coaching that support both personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. With over 15 years of private and non-profit sector experience, Yanika has had a wide range of experience in leadership development, talent management, and change management.

Yanika began her career working in the private sector at Dell Inc. and IBM, leading various projects and supporting clients in process improvement and change management to galvanize teams to produce results, develop leadership skills and get optimal results. Seeking to make a deeper impact in organizations, Yanika shifted into the K-12 education and non-profit sectors honing skills in leadership development and talent management. For the last 4 years, her company has helped clients develop their leadership skills and assess their talent strategy. Yanika is passionate about purposeful careers and cultivating the absolute best leaders.

Yanika holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s of Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a graduate of the Broad Residency in Urban Education with a Master’s in Education Leadership.
